In a world that no longer offers good customer service, The Adventure Source, strives to right that. We know the frustration of not receiving answers to emails, phone calls, messaging and even smoke signals… We aim to return all forms of messages within 24 hours (if not significantly sooner) during the normal business week.

 

Shipping & Rates

The Adventure Source strives to get all orders shipped within 48hrs of being received when ordered between Monday thru Thursday. Friday orders may have to wait until Monday to be fulfilled. Weekend orders will be fulfilled during the week. If under a time constraint, please reach out to us before placing order (or asap if placed order already) so we can work with you to met your time constraints.

Some of our shipping rates look like the below:

Purchases of $99 and up - Ship for free

Purchases of $50 and up - Flat rate of $9.99

Some items have set Flat Rate for the item (Ex. Butler Maps, ShowerPouch, Kriega)

 

Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We run this business to get you to enjoy the outdoors with your friends and family and our products are intended to bring you enjoyment, satisfaction and function. But stuff happens, we get it.

If you receive a product other than what you ordered, your order is incomplete or it is damaged, contact us right away and we will work with you to remedy the situation.

All products: Can be returned in a new, unused condition in original packaging 30 days from the order date with prior agreement case by case basis. A 10% restocking fee applies to all products unless previously discussed. A refund, less costs, will be applied to your account within 2 weeks of receipt of items after inspections has concluded. 

Cost of return shipping is for the customer's account and cost of return shipping will be removed from the final refund.

There are certain situations when no refunds are granted and all sales are final:

  1. "Open items" - previously returned product or product missing original packaging.  May show signs of usage.
  2. Demo and Reviewed products - products which have been demo'd by potential customers and/or tested and reviewed by media outlets.
  3. Custom / "Made-to-Order" items
