Got good gear taking up space in the garage or your rig? Would you like to pass it along to the next person and make a little coin for it?

Fill out the below form to pre-register your gear that you would like to sell while at the Southeast Overland Camping Event. Pre-Registering allows for a faster drop-off at the event.

 

Why Participate?:

-The Adventure Source will be handling the transactions for you. This allows folks to be able to pay with their CC (instant gratification) vs trying to find you. 

-Clears out space for you in your garage or rig

-Gives you some money to spend on something else

 

Guidelines:

1- Please make sure gear is clean and in good working order

2- Must be "overland" related, yes this is vague but use logic... please no baby stroller with off-road tires

4- Registration is available day of show, pre-register for convenience and expedited speed.

 

FYI:

Bring the stuff you'd like to turn into some cash to the event.

Pre-register here so we can be sure to send you your money after the show.

Can only be paid if we have your info to send the money to you.

 

How it will work:
-Preregister via the form above to capture your info for post show payment
-All gear needs to be dropped off at "The Adventure Source" booth
-All gear needs to be picked up by 11AM on Sunday, any gear left will be donated or given away
-When dropping off gear please pick up tag from us to properly tag your gear
-Please fill out new form for each item being sold
-The Adventure Source will do their best to answer questions and show your gear during the show
-10% commission will be paid from sale to The Adventure Source to cover costs & CC fees
-Free items are allowed 
-The Adventure Source is not responsible for theft or missing items (we will do our best to make sure things don't leave without payment)
-The event as well as gear will be outside and exposed to the elements. The Adventure Source is not responsible for related damages to that.
-The Adventure Source retains the right to refuse an item based on style of item, costs, condition, etc
